Terms of delivery and use

Neidon Sydän Oy (3156754-4) (hereinafter online store) sells products to individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include VAT.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the online store checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices and delivery costs. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The ordered products and the price appear in the order confirmation.

The transaction is created between the online store customer and the online store. online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Delivery time

Orders are processed daily and delivered two days after ordering.

Delivery method and delivery costs

Depend on the chosen delivery method and any additional services. Shipping costs include all shipping and packaging costs. You can see the available delivery methods and their delivery costs in the online store checkout function, before the final acceptance of the order.

Fragile products

All products are properly packaged to ensure that the product arrives in a tidy condition. See "Transportation Problems" for more information.

Exchange and return conditions

The consumer customer has the right to return / exchange the ordered product if the product does not correspond to the ordered product or there is something deflection in its quality. Contact the products supplier immediately.

Problem occurences in transport, as well as for the wrong products

Damaged or lost products must be reported to Neidon Sydän Oy immediately.

If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately.

Misc

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must read and accept the delivery terms. Neidon Sydän Oy treats all customer information completely confidentially and undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions specified in the privacy statement.

The customer can ask at any time what information is stored in the register and request the deletion / modification of some or all of the information.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board
